Overview

Use this screen to enter information for the Dallas County Rendition.

General Information

Use this section to complete the unit-specific, general information for the Dallas County Rendition, Page 1 that's different from the
TYGen
 screen in Texas’s General folder.
Unit
UltraTax CS enters the next available number in this field. You can replace this number, but you can't leave this field blank. UltraTax CS uses this information to get and coordinate information for the assessable business location.
Property identification number
UltraTax CS transfers the property identification number from the
Location ID#
 box in the
Asset Detail
 window. UltraTax CS creates 1 property tax return for every location ID number entered.

  • If the return has no depreciable assets, and you've entered
    X
     in the
    Create return, only if this return has no depreciable assets
     box, you can enter the property identification number here.
  • UltraTax CS uses the property identification number that you enter as the description for this input screen unit in the folders block.
County
UltraTax CS transfers the county from the
County-TX
box in the
Asset Detail
 window.

  • If the return has no depreciable assets, and you have entered
    X
     in the
    Create return, only if this return has no depreciable assets
     field, you can enter the county in this field.
  • You'll need to select Dallas County to calculate the Dallas County Rendition.

Enter the telephone number, if different from the federal return.
Fax number
Enter the fax number, if different from the federal return.
E-mail address
Enter the e-mail address, if different from the federal return.
Prior tax year rendition, if filed, is still complete and accurate
If the information in the most recent rendition statement filed in a prior tax year is accurate with respect to the current tax year, enter
