Items missing in invoice or transmittal letter

There are scenarios where a return or forms don't display on the invoice or transmittal letter.

Forms aren't set up to print in the Client Return Collation

The list of forms that appear in the invoice are displayed based on their print condition in the
Client Return Collation
. If you want to include or exclude a form on the invoice:
  1. Go to
    Setup
    , then
    1040 Individual
    (or other entity).
  2. Select the
    Tax Return
    button, then the
    Client
    tab.
  3. If you set a form's print condition to
    Never
    , the form won't display in the invoice.

A Per Return Pricing (PRP) code hasn't been retrieved for a product

If you process any returns for a client on a PRP basis and haven't yet retrieved the PRP code from CS Connect, that return won't display on the transmittal letter or on the invoice. After acquiring the PRP code, the return will display on the transmittal letter and invoice.
