features are enabled for your location printer, it can create connection issues with the Citrix Universal Print Driver. This can cause jobs to have missing pages, formatting issues, and sometimes fail.

Unistall/Reinstall Citrix

Sometimes there is an issue that stems from the version of Citrix being used. Updating to the latest version for download in the Vitrual Office or Software as Service dashboard can often remedy printing issues.
