When to proforma print collations
The proforma process merges the prior-year collation list with the current-year list. New forms, worksheets, and reports will automatically insert into the collation behind the form they would logically follow. UltraTax CS will delete obsolete prior-year forms from the collation during proforma.

Thomson Reuters recommends that you don't customize or proforma prior-year customized 1040 form print collations (exception: Client Organizer collations can be proforma'd on the initial release) until you receive the late December 1040 release. This release of the 1040 module will include many more final government forms, which may cause the application to override any print collation customization you may complete at this time.
