About Review Ready
Review Ready is an AI-powered tool that helps you gather client data and process their information from start to final review.
How it works
Review Ready is a free experience (during Beta) you can use to gather, process, review, and import data. There is also an AI assistant you can use to check client statuses, draft customer communications, and ask tax research questions, all within the trusted UltraTax CS platform.
This is a high-level overview of the process:

You send Organizers to your clients.

The client registers with TaxCaddy.

The client signs in to their portal to complete the questionnaire and upload requested documents.

Review Ready automatically processes the uploaded documents once the client uploads at least 75% of the requested list.

You review and verify the documents.

UltraTax CS automatically imports the data when you open the client's return.

You review imported data and the client's documents for any additional data entry that's needed for the return.
How to get started
For Review Ready Beta customers
As part of the beta program, you get an onboarding appointment where we assist you in setting up UltraTax CS and SurePrep to use Review Ready.

Review Ready is available in UltraTax CS with a CS Connect update. Any tax professional in your firm with access to UltraTax CS can use Review Ready.
