About CoCounsel AI Assistant
CoCounsel is an AI-powered chat integrated directly within Review Ready. This intelligent assistant offers a variety of capabilities to streamline your workflow and enhance productivity. It's been trained on vast quantities of information and data to understand natural language instructions, so you can have a conversational experience. You can do things like:
- Check client progress
- Draft correspondence
- Ask tax-related questions
Check client progress
This gives you a summary report of your clients you sent Organizers to using Review Ready. You can ask a question about a specific client's progress and prompts you with an action for follow-up, like drafting a letter or sending the initial Organizer to the client.
You can ask for a particular client's status without needing to use their full name or say things like, "
Check client progress.
" to get a visual representation of where your clients are in the Organizer process. It will give you a table of each status and how many clients are in each status.

At this time, the
Check client progress
skill doesn't track the status of Organizers sent outside Review Ready. You can also say, "
Which clients are missing data?
", to get a count and list each client name and client id that has missing data. It will preview 5 names and provide a link to get the full list.
Draft correspondence
You can ask CoCounsel to draft a communication, review that communication, and ask for revisions. You can then copy or download the finalized communication from CoCounsel and send using a delivery method of your choice, like email.
