Registration email for TaxCaddy portal isn't getting sent or it expired

Scenario

Your client isn't getting their registration email from TaxCaddy or the invitation link expired.

Solution

Expired link
Invitation links expire in 14 days from the date the email was sent. When the taxpayer tries to use the expired link, they get an expiration message and an option to
Send new link
.
Message on expired link that says, "Looks like this link has expired." And there's an option to send new link.
Taxpayer didn't get the email
You can send an invitation reminder from TaxCaddy.
