Troubleshoot a blank browser or Citrix window with Virtual Office CS or SaaS

If your browser window is blank after launching applications through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS), follow these steps.

Chrome

  1. Open a new tab or new window in Chrome.
  2. Enter
    chrome://extensions
    in the address bar.
  3. Find
    Citrix Workspace
    in the list of extensions.
  4. Select the slider to disable the extension.

Firefox

  1. Open a new tab or new window in Firefox.
  2. Enter
    about:preferences
    in the address bar.
  3. Go to the Applications section.
  4. In the list of applications, change the action for the ICA file content type to
    Use Citrix (default)
    or
    Use Citrix Connection Manager (default)
