Change the Thomson Reuters Account email of a NetClient CS user

If a NetClient CS user of your firm needs to change the email address of their Thomson Reuters Account, Firm Administrators are able to update this on their behalf.
  1. Go to the
    Admin
    tab.
  2. Under
    NetClient CS
    , select
    Users
    .
  3. Select the specific user.
  4. Next to their email address, select
    Change
    .
  5. Enter the new email address.
  6. Select
    Save
    .
The user will receive an email notifying the email change and asking for verification.
