Configure Outlook with Microsoft Exchange in Virtual Office CS or SaaS
If your Exchange account is set up and the Outlook Setup Wizard displays when you open Outlook, complete the following steps.
- In the Microsoft Outlook Startup window, selectNext.
- In the Account Configuration window, selectYesto configure Outlook to connect to Microsoft Exchange server, thenNext.
- In the Add New Email Account window, it should pre-fill your Exchange credential. Make sure it's correct then selectNext.
- If you receive a security alert, selectYes.
- SelectFinishto complete the setup.

If you use Microsoft Exchange through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS), you'll need to change the MX records for your domain to be as follows.
a. MailCSI1.westgroup.com (Priority 10)
b. MailCSI2.westgroup.com (Priority 10)
