Add copy and blind copy email addresses to all notifications

You'll need to be a NetFirm CS Administrator with access to Utilities.

Use the Global Addresses list to add email addresses to the Cc
(copy) and Bcc
(blind copy) fields of all email notifications sent by NetFirm CS.

tip

You can also use the procedure to change or turn off notifications to change the Cc
and Bcc
fields for a single notification type.

On the Admin
tab of the Navigation pane, select Preferences
from the Utilities section.

Use Add Cc
and Add Bcc
in the Global Addresses section to add email addresses.

note

You can separate email addresses with either spaces, commas, or semi-colons.

Select Apply to All
.

NetFirm CS will apply the email addresses to the templates for all notification messages.
