Customize the mobile app appearance

Follow these steps to upload a logo you've optimized for use in the NetClient CS mobile app, or to modify the header color or background color of the app.
  1. In the
    Admin
    tab of the navigation pane, select
    Appearance
    in the Utilities section.

    If
    Appearance
    isn't available, you don't have access to this area.
  2. Select the
    NetClient CS Mobile
    tab.
  3. In the App Header color section, select a color from the
    Choose color
    dropdown.
  4. In the App Background section, select the dark or the light background.
    note
    If your logo is dark, it'll stand out more if you select the light background.
  5. In the App Logo section, do 1 of the following.
    • To use the logo you uploaded for the login page of the NetClient CS web application, select
      Use Web logo
      .
    • To upload an image for use exclusively in the NetClient CS mobile app, select
      Use uploaded image
      ,
      Browse
      , go to the image, and then select
      Open
      . In NetClient CS, select
      Upload
      .
  6. To display only an image in the sign-in screen, mark the
    Display logo only
    checkbox. When this checkbox is cleared, NetFirm CS displays both the image and the text that displays in the Customer Header section of the Web tab in the Appearance screen.
    note
    For best results, we recommend you upload an image with maximum dimensions of 550 pixels wide by 400 pixels high.
  7. In the App Logo section, mark the appropriate checkboxes.
  8. Select
    Enter
    .
  9. Open the NetClient CS mobile app and review the changes. To make additional changes, repeat these steps.
