Customized retention time
In addition to Pagero's pre-defined, national retention type presets, you can choose to customize your own. Note, that by using customized retention times, you will have to keep track of any changes regarding national mandates about retention times as Pagero will not maintain your customized presets. This is how to set a customized retention time in Pagero Online.
- Go toSettings - Settings - Company settings, then navigate to theArchivetab.
- Select which country's jurisdiction should be applied by going to the settingSelect jurisdictionand select the applicable country from the drop-down.
- Check the checkboxCustomize Retention Timeto activate this option. Checking the check box confirms that you choose to use your own configuration for the account. Doing so disqualifies the account from any automated regulatory updates identified by Pagero’s Regulatory team.
- Select the number of years your documents should be archived for underSet preferred Retention Time.
