Chat management

Access chat files

Learn where to access chat files.
  1. Go to
    My work
    .
  2. Find and select a chat.
  3. In the upper right, select
    Chat files
    .
    The Chat files window will appear.
  4. Options:
    1. To open a file, select the hyperlinked file name.
    2. To delete a file or files, use the checkboxes to select a file or files, and then select
      Delete
      .
important
The
Chat files
window will be empty if files weren't added to that chat.
warning
When a file gets deleted it's permanently removed from the system.
