Manage password configurations in GoFileRoom

In GoFileRoom, select Administration
, then Manage Configurations
.

Select the Security
tab.

Choose the global security configuration you want to apply to all passwords.

Select Save
.

The configuration you choose will take effect the next time a person signs in.

If a person's existing password doesn't comply, they’ll need to change it.

Integration with other applications that rely on the person's GoFileRoom sign-in won't work until their password complies.

Your password configuration will also apply to the service accounts your firm uses. For example, the upload@your_firm_domain.com account.
