Follow these steps to troubleshoot common utilities and server-related issues in Engagement Manager.

Actions blocked when using GoFileRoom

If some actions are blocked when you're using GoFileRoom, set up your firewall to configure the WAN failover and load-balancing settings.

Using a SonicWall Firewall:

Select Basic Active/Passive Failover
and mark Preempt and failback to Primary WAN when possible

Select Percentage-Based
and mark Use Source and Destination IP Addresses Binding
.
