CoCounsel for HighQ

Signing into CoCounsel and Registration Key setup

As a CoCounsel subscriber, you received an email with a 'Registration Key' and instructions to register and log in to CoCounsel with one of our secure single sign-on systems. These systems provide access to multiple Thomson Reuters products with one username and password.
If you have not already done so, please activate your subscription and log in to CoCounsel. For assistance in this process, go to https://www.thomsonreuters.com/en-us/help/cocounsel/get-started .

Your company may have integrated your enterprise Single Sign-On system with OnePass or the Thomson Reuters Account.
In HighQ, when you access a CoCounsel-powered feature, HighQ checks if you are a CoCounsel subscriber. Therefore, you must log into CoCounsel
from HighQ
 if HighQ does not have a record of your CoCounsel account.
To sign in to CoCounsel from HighQ, use your OnePass or Thomson Reuters account, with your enterprise SSO if this is configured.

If you have more than one CoCounsel account, select the account that is in the same geographic region as your HighQ system.
Once authenticated, you can access the CoCounsel-powered pages in HighQ and begin using the CoCounsel-powered features.

For security reasons, re-authentication is enforced within seven days. You must log into CoCounsel using OnePass, your TR Account or your SSO service accordingly.
