February 2025 (v5.9.0) feature updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.0 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 1st-2nd of February, then production deployment will take place over the 15th-16th of February.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.0 will be deployed to production instances over the 8th-9th of February.
Technical details and dates
- UAT updates start the weekend of the 1st of February 2025
- Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 8th of February 2025
- These updates include HighQ Collaborate 5.9.0
- There are no updates for Publisher this month

Font and Avatar Updates
- Enhanced user experience with an updated profile page design, including visually appealing avatars and modern font styles.
Enhanced User Experience for Modernised Dashboards
- Custom Pages and System Dashboards have been updated with panel borders and customisable KPI border colours for a more modernised look.Please note UI enhancements will not change existing site home dashboards.
