HighQ Release Notes for 2025-12

December 2025 (v5.9.20) feature updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.20 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances on the 29th-30th of November, then production deployment will take place over the 13th-14th of December.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.9.20 will be deployed to production instances over the 6th-7th of December.
Technical details and dates
  • UAT updates start the weekend of the 29th of November 2025
  • Customer updates during contractual service windows, starting from the 6th of December 2025

HighQ Collaborate feature release highlights

Dynamic choice columns ensure accurate data entry
Use Dynamic Choice rules to map values across choice columns, ensuring users only select relevant items, whether the data is adding using Add record, inline edit, or bulk upload from Excel.
Keep iSheet records in sync with task progress
Link a task to an iSheet record and map task status to an iSheet choice column; Workflow automatically updates the iSheet when the task status changes.

Email and notification refresh
HighQ notifications and emails now use an updated, consistent template.
  • The new template offers unified Thomson Reuters design, improved readability, mobile-friendly layouts, and clearer calls-to-action.
Seamless authentication for HighQ and CoCounsel
  • HighQ now supports seamless sign‑in with CoCounsel, using your Thomson Reuters Account or your organization’s SSO. This provides a unified, secure experience when accessing CoCounsel skills directly from HighQ.
Enhancements to CoCounsel for HighQ
  • Support for up to 30 prompts (up from 10) in Prompt Collections and Document Reviews
  • Enhanced CoCounsel database options and user sharing when configuring with HighQ sites
  • Simpler end-user experience when using CoCounsel Document Skills
  • Pagination for prompts and answers in the Document Viewer
Support for attachment columns in Contract Express template mapping
  • Starting from January 2026, you can map an iSheet Attachment column to the CE file upload variable to pre-select them for document generation.
