Core HighQ

Custom Pages/System level dashboards panels

The
New Interactive Data Visualization
panels are available for all
HighQ Premium
 clients but are not enabled by default. Please contact your Account or Customer Success representative to enable these features.
Four new panels will be available for Custom Pages and System-level dashboards, enhancing how users visualise and interact with task and iSheet data. These panels support hierarchical, geographic, tabular, and chronological views.
  • Visualises hierarchical task-based data using Task Metadata iSheets to create a visual representation of an entity or company structure.
  • Displays iSheet data across geographic regions using interactive, colour-coded maps.
  • Create iSheet tables on your dashboards, to visualize your existing iSheets and interact with it directly from the dashboard.
  • Presents key events and milestones in a chronological (Timeline) visualisation based on a task or an iSheet data.
Theme Editor
A new comprehensive Theme Editor for Custom Pages enables:
  • No-code visual mode
     for non-technical users to adjust colours, sizes, rounding, shadows, and padding through intuitive controls.
  • Advanced CSS mode
     for developers to apply precise styling via raw CSS overrides.
Enhanced Files panel
We’ve enhanced the Files panel on Custom Pages with extended interactivity, allowing users to upload files, sort, filter, and search content, and perform full file actions directly within the custom dashboard, enabling faster file management without leaving the page.

Tasks

Redesigned Task Sequencing
Improved task sequencing behaviour, allowing you to switch between sequential and parallel task completion without affecting the existing sequence, providing you with greater control over workflow execution.
Increased Subtask Limits
The maximum number of sub-tasks per parent task has been increased from 20 to 50, applicable to both List view and Hierarchy view in the Tasks module for more detailed work breakdowns.

The default subtask limit is set to 20. To increase the limit to 50, please contact HighQ Support.

Workflows

A design-time safety feature in the Workflow module that helps administrators identify potentially risky or cyclic workflow rule combinations before they impact live workflows. It scans all active rules and generates a clear, colour-coded report to help prevent message overload, performance issues, and customer-facing incidents.

Instance-level Audit APIs for HighQ MCP
New audit capabilities provide natural-language querying via the MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, offering centralised visibility across the HighQ instance.

HighQ DocAuto

Delete Archived Output iSheets
Site administrators can now delete output iSheets linked to archived CE templates, providing enhanced control over site maintenance and data management.
Automatic Exclusion of Unwanted Output iSheets
When saving a site as a template, Output iSheets linked to archived Contract Express (CE) templates are now excluded automatically. This ensures that newly created sites remain streamlined and free from inactive or unnecessary iSheets.
