Existing fields in the content report
- Last edited- This field is the last time a Content Administrator or System Administrator accessed the publication
- Include in email notification- This is the last time a Content Administrator or System Administrator selected theInclude in Email Notificationcheckbox
- Include In Email Notification Last checked- This is a yes or no field to help the content or system administrator identify if the content piece would be included in the tailored email. If, in the last edited column, the date and time are different to the 'include in email notification' column the answer in this column would be a no. If, in the last edited column, the date and time is the same as the 'include in email notification' column the answer in this column would be a yes
note
As an example, this means that a user can run a report and the report shows the last
Edited Date
was the 10th of December but the last Selected Include in Email Notification
was the 9th of December. The Include in Email notification Last Checked
column would display no. This shows that the email was not sent and will not be sent.New fields in the content report
We have one new field in the
Content Report
:- Automatic archive date- This field enables administrators to double-check which pieces of content are to be archived automatically and when to archive them.

Content Permalink column
We have introduced the Content Permalink column, for the Publications, Videos and Events. The link enables users to go directly to the content.

The delimiter of this report can now be changed to either Comma, Colon, Semi-Colon or Pipe. To change this, please contact HighQ support. Once this has been changed to your preference, when you run a report, the information will be separated via the method chosen, e.g. semi-colon.
