Overview of the report

This report gives the user the ability to report on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly etc. alerter emails that are sent from the instance.

Within the
Mail generation records audit
 screen, you have access to the following fields:
  • Performed between
     : This is the date range for the audit
  • Email frequency
     : As of our September 2023 release, we have introduced the email frequency field. This will enable users to filter records by; Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly. This filter allows you to get faster access to more relevant content and eliminates the need to manually filter by frequency
  • Successful mail records
     or
    Failed mail records
    : This enables you to audit against any of the successful or failed mail records
Select
Show audit
 to show your final audit. Once you have clicked
Show audit
, you can select
Download to excel
 to download your report to an excel spreadsheet.

Please note that when you try and download to excel over a 6 month period, an error message will be displayed to improve performance
note
Additionally, the failed mail generation report provides details of the bounceback email received for all the failed emails.
We have also limited the characters of this report to 1000 as the first thousand characters contains the relevant information for the user
