Microsite and page audit

Overview of the report

This report gives the user the ability to report specific microsite and page content.

Running the report

Navigate to
System administration
 >
Audits & reports
 >
Content
 >
Microsite and page audit
 to display the
Microsite and page audit
 screen:
Within the
Microsite and page audit
 screen, you have access to the following fields:
  • Acting organisation
     : Here, you can specify an organisation you want the report to be filtered on. (If this field is left blank, the results will be shown for all organisations)
  • Acting user
     : Here, you can specify a user you want the report to be filtered on. (If this field is left blank, the results will be shown for all organisations)
  • Select product
     : Select the product you want the audit to be performed on.
Select
Show audit
 to show your final audit. Once you have clicked
Show audit
, you will have access to your newly generated audit. Within this screen, you will have access to 3 more options, including:
  1. Download to excel
     : This option allows you to download your report to an excel spreadsheet.
  2. Download full view/edit
     : This option enables you to download a full view/edit report on all instances where there has been a view or edit for your search results
  3. Download full access
     : This option enables you to download a full access report on all instances where there has been access for your search results
