Subject access request report
System administrators can run the
Subject access request report
from the system admin
section. The subject access request report enables you to view every instance that a user's name, email address or both exists in Publisher, to meet your GDPR
requirements.To access the
Subject access request report
, navigate to your profile drop-down and select System admin
.
In the
System admin
screen, on the left-hand side, navigate to Audits & reports
> People & organisations
> Subject access request
.
The
Subject access request
screen opens.Enter either the name or email address and select 
Download results
