Before you add an idea, you may want to search to check if it has already been submitted by someone else.
Select an idea title in the list to view more information.
Sort by highest score, date, or recent status change.
Filter
Select an item under
All ideas

With any open status

to narrow the list of results. Select the item again to remove that filter.
Search
Searching is the easiest way to find ideas related to a subject. Enter keywords in
Search CS Professional Suite & Onvio
and then use filters to narrow your results.
Vote
Select the up or down arrow next to the idea to vote. The arrow will change to orange to indicate your vote has been submitted.

Enter a short summary of your idea. The text will be searched against existing ideas and if there is already a similar one, you can comment and vote on that idea.
Provide helpful information by answering a few questions about your experience.

When you select an idea's title you can review information, add a comment, or vote on the idea.

Internal use only
Using the Idea Incubator as an employee:
Employees should:
Not submit ideas on behalf of customers.
Show interested customers how to use the site and enter their Ideas for product changes or improvements.
Not vote on ideas.
Troubleshooting logins with a customer:
Can they sign in successfully at tax.tr.com?
If they can sign in there, but not at the Idea Incubator, try resetting the password.
Do they have NetStaff licenses? (Check Flash) If yes, make sure they're using their TR ID (used for the website and Onvio) and not their NetStaff sign in.
If nothing works, use LogMeIn Rescue to verify they're doing it correct.
