Include a PO Number on my account

Follow these steps to request to add a purchase order number.

Have your 10-digit account number ready.

You can call, email, or submit a request using a web form.

For US Legal customers
:

Call 1.800.328.4880, select Account Services, then follow the prompts.

If you have a portal that sends out purchase orders, you can have them sent to statesupport@thomsonreuters.com.

For US Tax customers
:

Call 1.800.327.8829, select Option 5 for questions regarding your account, then select option 1 for Customer Service.

If you have a portal that sends out purchase orders, you can have them sent to WSSCustomerService@thomsonreuters.com.

in the subject line.
