Customers can make credit card payments here:

  • The site serves as both an external and internal form. Customers can access this site from the Customer Support Site and Checkpoint MyAccount.
  • The form sends a confirmation email to the customer.
  • Single payments can't exceed $25,000.
Internal use only
CS View Workflow:
  1. Retrieve and enter the customer’s payment information into the form.
  2. Confirm the customer received the payment confirmation email.
  3. Remind the customer about payment self-service options.
  4. Enter the case using the CC Payment case template.
Credit card payment SFDC case template:
  • Customer Name: Enter text.
  • Customer Email: Enter text.
  • Ship-To: Enter text.
  • Invoice #: Enter text.
  • Payment Amount: Enter text.
  • Authorization Code: Enter text.
  • Enter text. Called to make payment for invoice #, in the amount of $0.00.
