Customers can make credit card payments here:

- The site serves as both an external and internal form. Customers can access this site from the Customer Support Site and Checkpoint MyAccount.
- The form sends a confirmation email to the customer.
- Single payments can't exceed $25,000.
Internal use only
CS View Workflow:
- Retrieve and enter the customer’s payment information into the form.
- Confirm the customer received the payment confirmation email.
- Remind the customer about payment self-service options.
- Enter the case using the CC Payment case template.
Credit card payment SFDC case template:
- Customer Name: Enter text.
- Customer Email: Enter text.
- Ship-To: Enter text.
- Invoice #: Enter text.
- Payment Amount: Enter text.
- Authorization Code: Enter text.
- Enter text. Called to make payment for invoice #, in the amount of $0.00.
