Download or view an invoice using self-service

You can use self-service to access invoices. If the header on your page is
My Account - U.S. Legal
, continue to Step 1 under My Account. If the header on your pages isn't
My Account – U.S. Legal
, continue to Step 1 under Self-Service Portal.

My Account

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. Select
    Billing and Payment
    , then select
    Invoice History
    .
  3. Select a month, then select
    Go
    .
  4. Select the Adobe Acrobat icon for the invoice you want to open. You can view the invoice online, print it, or download a copy.

Self-Service Portal

  1. Sign into the Self-Service Portal.
  2. Select either the
    Open
     or
    Paid invoices
    .
  3. Select the
    Actions
     button to view or download an invoice.
