After your Thomson Reuters purchase, you can send us a PO number, have us upload your invoice to an invoice processing system or portal, and manage your account.

Send us your purchase order number

If you need a purchase order (PO) on your Thomson Reuters invoice, you can give the PO number to your account manager. You can also send it to us using 1 of these methods:

Get your invoice uploaded to a portal

If you need your invoice uploaded to an invoice processing system or portal, such as Ariba, Coupa, etc., you can use the new online portal form to send your invoice and information to us.
Do the following with the form:
  1. Submit a request to receive invoices through the billing portal.
  2. Complete the online form.
  3. Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a case number regarding your request so you can track the process.

Manage your account

You can manage the following in your account:
  • Contacts - Manage contacts, administrators, and online user access.
  • Invoices - View and download invoice details.
  • Orders - Update addresses and review your order status.
  • Payment - Make a one-time payment or enroll in autopay.
