Update who can add or remove users to CLEAR

Accounts subscribing to Thomson Reuters CLEAR require, at a minimum, 1 CLEAR Primary Contact. The CLEAR Primary Contact manages the account, including who has access to CLEAR, and is the contact for any account-related questions.
All CLEAR Primary Contact change requests require paperwork. This paperwork updates who has authority to manage user access; it doesn’t give youaccess to the CLEAR product. Follow these steps to begin the request.
  1. Fill out Federal Government form or Non-Federal Government form by downloading the file to your computer.
  2. Save the completed file to your computer.
  3. Complete your contact information and summary of your request and select

    and locate the saved PDF file on your computer.
  5. Select
    Attach/Upload Files

  6. Select
    Submit
    to send your request to the Customer Service Team.
