Manage email notifications for credit alerts

Follow these instructions to update notifications for the self-service portal, My Account. If the header on your page isn't

, go to the updated self-service portal and follow the prompts.
You can only send credit alerts to administrators. Call 1-800-328-4880 if you need help updating your My Account administrators.
  1. Go to your account's homepage and select
    Reports & Alerts
    , followed by
    eServices Alerts
    If you manage multiple accounts, go to the
    Reports & Alerts
    section of the dashboard and select
    eServices Alerts
  2. Select
    Credit Alerts
  3. Select
    , then mark or clear alerts for people.
  4. Select
