Print or CD order status

Follow these steps to check the status of an order in My Account.
  1. From your account's homepage, select
  2. Select
    Orders & Returns
    If you manage multiple accounts, the selection is located within the Product Information section.
  3. Select
    Look up Order or Delivery Number
  4. Locate the Order Number.
    The order has shipped if a Ship Date appears. You can request a reshipment if
    is an option.
  5. Select
    Delivery Number
    to view delivery details.
    You can also check the status of an order by our automated chat service or submit a request using a web form.
    • Use the Chat Service 24/7 or Live Chat Agents during Monday through Friday support hours. Select the
      Chat Now
      option and follow the prompts.
    • Submit a request using a web form. Customer service will respond within 1-2 business days.
