Cancellation policy for AuditWatch and TaxWatch

In light of the continually evolving COVID-19 situation, we've revised our cancellation policy to afford you the flexibility to confidently pursue the education you need.

We are constantly monitoring this situation and will continue to adapt as needed. This cancellation policy is in effect for purchases made now until 01/31/2023. After that date, we will either revise or extend the policy.

You can make an attendee substitution for the same location and same level at any time without penalty. To make a substitution, change your city or cancel, please contact us at +1-800-431-9025 or email UserServices.Operations@thomsonreuters.com.

AuditWatch and TaxWatch Cancellation Policy

TR cancels event	5 or more business days before event	Choose one of the following options: Change to virtual class at no charge - receive a refund of difference between price of in-person and virtual event Choose another city/date at no charge - pending availability Apply purchase credit to another Thomson Reuters Learning program Receive a full refund
TR cancels event	Less than 5 business days before event	Receive a full refund and choose one of the following options: Enroll in virtual equivalent class at no charge Choose another city/date at no charge - pending availability Apply purchase credit to another Thomson Reuters Learning program
TR reschedules event date	At least 5 business days before event	Choose one of the following options: Accept new date at no charge Change to virtual class at no charge - receive a refund of difference between price of in-person and virtual event Apply purchase credit to another Thomson Reuters Learning program Receive a full refund
TR reschedules event city	At least 5 business days before event	Choose one of the following options: Accept new city at no charge Change to virtual class at no charge - receive a refund of difference between price of in-person and virtual event Apply purchase credit to another Thomson Reuters Learning program Receive a full refund
You cancel	10+ Business Days before event	Receive a full refund
You cancel	Less than 10 Business Days before event	Receive a refund, less 50% of registration fee

You want to change from in-person event to virtual event	At least 5 business days before event	Pending availability; No charge - refund difference between price of in-person and virtual event

You want to change from virtual event to in-person	Anytime	Pending availability; Charge difference between price of in-person and virtual event
