Download and install licenses

You may need to download or re-download your licenses if your firm:
  • Does a first-time installation.
  • Purchases an extra license.
  • Changes your network configuration.
  • Changes the licensee, firm name, or firm address.
  • Finds trial licenses in your application.
Follow these steps to download and apply updated licenses:
  1. Open the application as an administrator.
  2. Select
    File
     then
    CS Connect
    .
  3. Mark
    Retrieve licenses
    .
  4. Select
    Connect Now
     and
    Retrieve Available Updates
     then select
    Call Now
     to download your licenses.
  5. Follow the prompts to install the licenses.
