Download licenses after renewing your programs

After renewing most programs, you'll need to download the latest platform of the application to have access to updates.
important
  • You don't need to do this for Accounting CS or Workpapers CS.
  • If the renewal for Practice CS occurred after a new version is released that supersedes your current installation, then follow these steps.
If you're on the latest platform version and need to update your application's licenses, you can download licenses via CS Connect.
Follow these steps to download the most recent platform version of your program.

Depending on when you renew, your software may not immediately be available. See license expiration and renewal dates for information about when each application is available for download.
  1. Go to tax.tr.com and select
    Log in
    . In the
    Access your web accounts section
    , select
    Sign in
     for
    CS Professional Suite, Onvio
     and sign in using your Thomson Reuters ID.
  2. Select
    Downloads
     in the My Products section to open the My Product Downloads page. The
    My Product Downloads
     page lists all the programs your firm is licensed for. Applications that haven't been previously downloaded will have a red dot next to the application name. The link will take you to the individual download page for that application.
  3. On the
    My Product Downloads
     page, select the link for the application you want to download.
  4. Review the Download Installation File and Instructions page, which includes instructions and additional resources for downloading the product.
  5. To begin the download process, select
    Proceed to Download Latest Version
    .
  6. Select
    Download now
     to begin downloading the application.
