Reship an order

Use Thomson Reuters My Account

  1. Sign in to
    My Account
    .
  2. From your account's homepage, select
    Orders
    and select
    Orders and Returns
    .
    note
    If you manage multiple accounts, select
    Orders & Returns
    located under the
    Product Information
    section on the dashboard.
  3. Select
    Lookup Order
    or
    Delivery Number
    .
  4. Locate the
    Order Number
    for reshipment and select it.
    note
    Change the summary of orders date range if the order was shipped more than 30 days ago.
  5. Select the items being reshipped and select
    Reship
    .
  6. Enter the
    Quantity to Reship
    and
    Reship Reason
    and select
    Next
    .
  7. Verify the reshipment information is correct and select
    Submit
    .
