Temporary email two-factor authentication

Firm Administrators can turn on email as a temporary two-factor authentication (2FA) method for users who don't have access to their normal 2FA device.
When users can't access their normal 2FA device, you can enable email as a temporary method. This option is available for 60 minutes and requires Administration permission.
important
Email as a 2FA method was recently not available as a permanent option. If a bad actor gains access to a user's email, email as a 2FA method would no longer serve as a security barrier.
