An updated two-factor authentication
that improves security. We’re adding new and easier options, like phone call, text messages, biometric and hardware tokens, and partnering with Auth0 for our preferred mobile app.
3rd party apps
, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator can be used; however, push notifications to authenticate aren't supported. Manual entry of a 6-digit code is used to authenticate.
A simplified sign-in experience
. You’ll only need 1 email and 1 password to access your products and online account. Additionally, all Thomson Reuters account-related email notifications will come from the same sender address: access.info@thomsonreuters.com.
Increased security for you and your customers
. Two-factor authentication will be required for all users, both staff and clients.
