Users: Post migration

After you've completed your Thomson Reuters Account upgrade, your sign-in experience may include new screens or options.
If you have more than one tenant account, you'll only be able to access migrated user profiles when you sign in. If you don't see a user profile on your screen or you can't select one, you'll need to sign in to those using your original Universal ID and password. The sign-in experience for the new Thomson Reuters Account looks like this:
  1. Go to the sign-in page.
    1. If you're using SSO or bypass SSO, you'll sign in using your company's URL. Follow the prompts as you normally would and ignore the rest of this article.
  2. Sign in using your Thomson Reuters Account.
  3. After signing in, you'll need to use 2-factor authentication, or 2FA (if you've previously used multi-factor authentication when you sign in). If your account doesn't use 2FA, skip this step.
  4. You may be asked to select a user profile if there are multiple linked to your Thomson Reuters Account.
