This article applies to:

Copy files or folders from Virtual Office CS server

When running the application in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, use the following steps to copy files or folders from a specific location on the Virtual Office CS or SaaS server.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Copy Files
    .
  2. In the
    File type
     field, select the file type to copy from the server.
  3. Select
    Browse
     next to the
    File(s) to copy
     field. In the
    Open
     window, search for and highlight the folder or file to copy, and then select
    Open
    .
  4. Select
    Browse
     next to the
    Copy to
     field to specify the location to save the copied files. You can create a new folder or select an existing folder from the tree view.
    note
    You won't see existing files in the folder you select.
  5. Select
    OK
     to close the
    Browse For Folder
     window.
  6. Select
    OK
     in the
    Copy Files
     window to copy the files.
