View your W-2s

You can view your W-2 copy B/C/2 4-up through the My W2s screen.
  1. Select
    My W2s
     in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.
    note
    If
    My W2s
     isn't available, you don’t have access to this feature.
  2. If this is the 1st time you've accessed this screen, select
    I Agree
     if you consent to receive an electronic W-2 form from your employer.
  3. Select the W-2 PDF file to open it in Adobe Reader.
    important
    You need Adobe Reader version 9.0 or later installed to print from the My W2s screen. If you don’t have the current version, or if you have difficulty opening the W-2, uninstall Reader and then download and install the latest version of the Reader from the Adobe Reader page of the Adobe website.
    note
    If any of your information changes, your payroll administrator can send an updated W-2 for you to view, print, or save.
