Create invoices from a template
After you create an invoice template (
Setup
, then Invoice Templates
) with an On Demand frequency you can select that template at any time and the application will create an invoice or credit memo transaction using the information in the template record as default information for the transaction.- SelectActions, thenEnter Invoices.
- In either theDetailstab orRapidtab, select the applicable template from theTemplatefield. The dropdown includes all invoice templates that were set up with an On Demand frequency.
- Accounting CS enters default information from the template. Enter information in any blank fields or modify information entered from the template record.
- SelectEnterto save the invoice.
