Can't select payroll within impound bank accounts

If the payroll layout field is grayed out (not selectable) in the
Check Layout
 tab of
Impound Bank accounts
, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Go to
    Setup
    , then select
    Clients
    .
  2. Select the
    FIRM
     client.
  3. Go to the
    Main
     tab.
  4. In the
    Services
     section, make sure the
    Payroll
     service is turned on for the FIRM client, in addition to
    Payroll (After the fact)
    .
