Download and install the conversion program
- In the same browser you're using for these instructions, go to https://tax.thomsonreuters.com.
- Select thehead-and-shouldersicon, then selectSign in for CS Professional Suite (software or account).
- Sign in to your web account. You'll need to complete this sign-in before downloading the program.
- Select the providedConversion Utilitylink to download the CCH Client Accounting Suite to Accounting CS conversion program.
- On the download page, go to the bottom, selectProceed to Download, then selectDownload now.noteIf a warning appears, override your browser's security prompt and selectKeepthe file.
- Open the downloaded file,acsconversions.exe(typically in your Downloads folder), to run the installer and complete the utility installation.
If you can't download or install, call CS Support at 800-968-0600. Pick option 131 for accounting or 132 for payroll and ask for the CCH Client Accounting Suite to Accounting CS conversion program. When they send the file and instructions, save the file to your computer and follow their steps to install it.
