View an employee's tax forms

This procedure will be performed by the client's employees.

View W-2 forms

You can view your W-2 copy B/C/2 4-up through the
My W2s
 screen.
  1. Select
    My W2s
     in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.

    If this link isn't available, you don’t have access to this feature.
  2. If this is the 1st time you've accessed this screen, select
    I Agree
     if you consent to receive an electronic W-2 form from your employer.
  3. Select the W-2 PDF file to open it. You'll need to have Adobe Reader DC or higher installed to print from the
    My W2s
     screen. If you don’t have the current version or if you have difficulty opening the W-2, uninstall Reader and then download and install the latest version of the Reader from the Adobe Reader page of the Adobe website.

  • If any of your information changes, your payroll administrator can send an updated W-2 for you to view, print, or save.
  • Corrected W-2 forms (Forms W-2c) aren't uploaded to the employee portal.
  • If there's a date in the
    Inactive date
     field in the
    Main
     tab of a client record, the application won't send W-2 information to that client's employee portals.

View 1099-NEC forms

You can view Forms 1099-NEC (for independent contractors) through
My 1099s
.
  1. Select
    My 1099s
     in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.

    If this link isn't available, you don’t have access to this feature.
  2. If this is the 1st time you've accessed this screen, select
    I Agree
     if you consent to receive an electronic 1099-NEC form from your employer.
  3. In the
    My 1099s
     screen, select the form that you want to view. The form opens in a separate browser window.

You'll need to have Adobe Reader DC or higher installed to print or view Forms 1099-NEC. If you don’t have the current version, you can download and install the latest version of the Reader from the Adobe Reader page of the Adobe website.

View 1095-C forms

You can view 1095-C forms that you consented to receive electronically from your employer.
  1. Select
    My 1095s
     in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.

    If this isn't available, you don’t have access to this feature.
  2. If this is the 1st time you've accessed this screen, select
    I Agree
     if you consent to receive an electronic 1095-C form from your employer.
  3. Any received 1095-C forms are shown on this screen. Select a document to open a PDF version.
