Transfer transactions between journals

Transfer transactions between journals using the Edit Multiple Transactions window.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Enter Transactions
    .
  2. Select
    Edit Multiple Transactions
     at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the
    Action
     dropdown, then select
    Edit
    .
  4. Select
    Journal
     in the
    Fields to edit
     section.
  5. Select the
    New field
     dropdown, then specify the destination journal.
  6. Mark the checkboxes for the transactions you want to transfer.
  7. Select
    OK
     to complete the transfer.
    note
    Select a filter option from the dropdown above the
    Transactions
     grid to filter the list. The grid displays transactions that meet your chosen
    Action
     and
    Filtering
     criteria. You can right-click in the grid to quickly select or deselect all transactions.
