Create fees as final

You can create fees as final for clients who don't require a paper invoice. To have the application create GL entries and associated liabilities when you create a fee, mark the
Create fees as final
 checkbox in
Setup
Clients
Billing tab
.
When you select the
Create fees as final
 checkbox:
  • The
    Select Invoices to Print
     window filters out the fees.
  • The fees appear immediately on the
    Finalized
     tab of the
    Print Invoices
     screen, instead of the
    Unprinted
     tab.
  • The GL entries and associated liabilities appear immediately, instead of when you print the invoice.
  • If you impound fees, you can fund firm vendor fees as soon as the billing item calculates, instead of waiting until you print an invoice.
