Create a 3 check per page layout

Accounting CS provides the Forms CS 177L Three Per Page Stub Only Direct Deposit payroll check layout that has 3 checks per page. However, if a 3 per page vendor check layout is needed, you'll need to create it in Layout Designer.
  1. In the Layout Designer, select
    File
    ,
    New
    , then
    Vendor Check
    .
  2. Enter a name for the new layout and select
    OK
    .
  3. Select
    File
    , then
    Page Setup
    .
  4. Select the
    Layout
     tab.
  5. In the
    Layout Size
     section, mark
    Custom size
    .
  6. Enter
    3.5 inches
     to define the height of the check when using standard 8.5 x 11 paper. This height should be approximately one-third of the overall size of the check stock.
  7. Enter
    3
     in the
    Recipients per page
     field.
  8. Select
    OK
    .
  9. Create the layout to meet your specifications in the Layout Designer grid.
note
  • You can only add 1 region to the layout. Because
    Recipients per page
     was set to 3, the application will repeat the check 3 times per page.
  • If you're printing a number of checks that isn't a multiple of 3, the remaining unused checks on the page will print with VOID on them.
