Define paper and layout sizes

Use the

Page Setup

window to define the paper and layout sizes for the selected layouts prior to printing them.

For AR customer invoice and statement layouts, you can also specify the AR aging basis and period interval.

In the Layout Designer, select File
, then Page Setup
.

Use the Paper
tab to select Letter
or Legal
for standard-sized paper.

To enter specific dimensions for the paper, select Custom
and then specify the width and height.

Use the Layout
tab to specify the dimensions of the layout.

To use the same dimensions as those listed in the Paper
tab, select the Same as paper size
option.

To enter other dimensions, select the Custom size
option and enter the specific width and height.

If available, you can specify the number of recipients to include on each page.

For AR customer invoices and statements, select:

The AR aging basis: due date or invoice date

The AR period interval: days, weeks, or months

The number of units in each period
