Print or preview a sample in Layout Designer
While processing data for your clients, you can print the checks and forms from the various processing screens and windows.
However, if you want to see how a check or form will look when it's printed, you can print or preview a sample in the Layout Designer.
The
Print/Preview Sample
window opens when the selected layout includes repeating regions. Use this window to specify the number of lines of detail to show in the repeating regions.- In the Layout Designer, selectFile, thenPrint SampleorFile, thenPreview Sample.tipYou can select thePrint Samplebutton
or the Preview Samplebutton
on the Layout Designer toolbar to open this window. - Specify the number of lines to show repeating detail in the output in the available field.
